Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has become one of the most criticized star-kids in Bollywood. From his acting and facial expressions to his dating life, the actor is often subjected to brutal trolling on the internet. They didn’t spare him when he recently took to his official social media handles to release the trailer of his upcoming movie Kuttey. 

While he has been praised for his acting skills in Ishaqzaade, Gunday and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, Arjun’s other movies have failed to impress the audience. With Kuttey, the actor will be returning to the dark action thriller genre. His appearance in the trailer has garnered a lot of mix reactions from the audience. While some have complimented him for the grayish character that he plays, some praised everyone in the movie except him. Sharing the trailer on his Instagram handle, the 37-year-old wrote, “Hato Kamino! Kuttey aa gaye!! #Kuttey trailer out now! In cinemas 13th January.” For the unversed, the movie is directed by debutant Aasmaan Bhardwaj, director and music composer Vishal Bhardwaj’s son.


Many fans filled the comment section of the post with heart and fire emojis. While many complimented him for returning to the genre that best suits him, some criticized his lack of expressions. Set to release on January 13, 2023, the movie has an ensemble cast of Arjun Kapoor, Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sensharma, Radhika Madan and Kumud Mishra. Directed by Aasmaan Bhardwaj, the movie is produced by Luv Ranjan, Vishal Bhardwaj, Ankur Garg and Rekha Bhardwaj under the banner of Luv Films and Vishal Bhardwaj Films and is presented by Gulshan Kumar and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. The music of the film has been composed by Vishal Bhardwaj and the lyrics have been penned by Gulzar.
